Patrik M. Fleming
General Manager, Licensed Mortician
A Baltimore native, Patrik began working in funeral service 25 years ago. He holds a Bachelor's degree in English with a specialization in discourse and technology from the University Of Baltimore and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Mortuary Science from Catonsville Community College. Patrik is currently serving as the Secretary of the Maryland State Funeral Directors Association and also a member of the National Funeral Directors Association.
In addition to his duties as Funeral Home Manager and a Licensed Mortician, Patrik is also a Certified Crematory Operator. He also coordinates the on-site catering and facilitates the Loudon Park Funeral Home's aftercare grief support program. As a licensed Maryland Life Insurance Agent, Patrik helps families save money and find peace-of-mind by pre-planning and funding their funeral arrangements.
Bill started with Loudon Park Funeral Home in 2000. He was born in Baltimore. Bill graduated from Archbishop Curley High School and Catonsville Community College Mortuary Science Program. He has been in funeral service for over thirty years. He is a member of Our Lady of Victory Church and Knights of Columbus. Bill is married to Phyllis and has three children, MIDN William III, David II and Mary Margaret.
After retiring from a career with General Motors, Harry enjoys helping our families when they need him most. With over a decade of funeral service experience, Harry works with our Funeral Directors and staff ensuring our families receive the best possible service at all times.
David "Smitty" Smithson
Facilities and Fleet Manager
Smitty has worked over 14 years in funeral service. Prior to his funeral career, Smitty was a Correctional Officer for the United States Government.
Smitty is responsible for building and fleet maintenance as well as assisting during services and visitations. Loudon Park families enjoy his southern hospitality and kind demeanor.
David C. Berkey, II
Apprentice Mortician/Crematory Manager
As an apprentice mortician, David is learning to be a funeral director under the supervision of his father, William Berkey. He is also a certified crematory operator and manages Baltimore Crematory at Loudon Park, performing the cremations arranged by the funeral home.
David graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in 2016. He is currently enrolled in the Mortuary Science Program at Community College of Baltimore County - Catonsville, following in his parents' footsteps to become a licensed mortician.
Amy is a proud Baltimore native who recently joined the Loudon Park Funeral Home team. With a background in Education and Mental Health, Amy brings attention to detail and a genuine compassion along with strong organizational skills. As the Loudon Park Funeral Home Office Administrator, she handles correspondence and data entry as well as the coordination of daily funeral services. Amy is a member of Sacred Heart of Glyndon parish and has two wonderful children.
Stephen joined our firm in the spring of 2018. He has several years of experience working in the funeral profession and brings his genuine love of people and passion for service to his duties at Loudon Park Funeral Home, Inc.
Stephen is a licensed crematory operator and is currently in school to become a Licensed Mortician.
Stephen's attention to detail, eagerness to learn and desire to serve families in need make him an integral part of the Loudon Park Funeral Home team.
Paul brings 20 years of funeral service experience to our team at Loudon Park Funeral Home. Our families appreciate Paul's compassionate and polite manner.
Caitlin Gompf is a classically trained vocalist located in College Park, Maryland. As an alumna of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's of Music in Vocal Performance, she utilizes her training to perform in a vast array of styles. While performing at Howard Theatre with her a cappella group, All Natural, the group won DC's prestigious Aca-Challenge in 2016. Caitlin has performed with the National Symphony Orchestra and Baltimore Symphony Orchestra on numerous occasions, and is currently a lead singer for two cover local cover bands, Sonic Kaleidoscope and The Bachelor Boys Band. She also performs as a monthly soloist at Church of Christ Scientist in Rockville, Maryland.
