On September 30, 2020, Warren William "Tipper" Armstrong; loving husband of Elisa Kamens, devoted son of Dorothy Armstrong (nee Abbott) and the late Thomas Armstrong passed away in Howard County, Maryland. He is also survived by eight loving brothers and sisters, numerous loving cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives dear friends and business associates. He is the Dog Dad to six precious papillons.

** THERE IS TO BE NO SMOKING ANYWHERE (INCLUDING OUTSIDE) ON THE LOUDON PARK FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY GROUNDS DURING VISITATION AND FUNERAL SERVICES. ANYONE FOUND SMOKING WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE LOUDON PARK CAMPUS**
Visitation at the locally-owned Loudon Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3620 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 will be as follows:
Wednesday, October 7th 10 AM until 11:30 AM - Immediate members of the family only. - 100 people maximum
Wednesday, October 7th 11:30 until 1:00 PM - Friends and business associates. - 100 people maximum.
Funeral services will begin at 1 PM and in order to maintain compliance with capacity limitation and social distancing, we ask that only close friends and immediate family attend.
