Timi P. Kelly, born April 15, 1965 in Thailand, passed away June 2nd, 2019 at the age of 54. Timi was preceded in death by her parents Victor and Hoam Burkett. Timi will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 17 years, Joseph F. Kelly of Columbia, MD. Timi is survived by her brother Roong R. (Theresa L.) of Airway Heights, WA, and two sisters Gerry B. Timi spent many years helping others as a social worker with the Howard County's Domestic Violence Center and Housing Department. She was very passionate about improving the lives of those around her.

Timi was a loving mother and wife. She was smart, funny, supportive, stubborn, and compassionate. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, caring for her family & spending time with her loved ones.  She was a wonderful cook and hostess. She loved to take care of her friends and family and make sure that everyone was happy and well-fed. Perhaps her strongest passion in life was helping others. This can be seen in the lives that she has touched for the better. Countless lives that were impacted by her words, her smile, her courage, her madness, and her compassion. She illuminated our lives with an unsurpassed sunshine; so warm and brilliant that it will continue to shine through her loved ones. She will be missed by many.
