COVID-19 INFORMATION

UPDATE May 15, 2020

At Loudon Park Funeral Home, Inc., the health and safety of our families and staff are our top priority. As of May 15th Governor Hogan has relaxed state-wide measures and is allowing 50% capacity at funeral homes. It important to note that the Governor also said the ultimate decision to re-open lies with our county or city directive. Because we are located just inside the city, we must remain compliant with Mayor Jack Young's directive.

Our Directors will remain on-call 24-hours a day should a death occur. To protect the  health and safety of our staff and the greater Baltimore community, our building is now closed to the public. Going forward, all funeral and cremation arrangements will be conducted via a telephone conference and all documentation will be completed electronically.  Under the guidance of local health officials and with the cooperation of our clergy, funerals will be limited only to graveside services of 10 people or less. For our families selecting cremation as a means of final disposition, we will continue to offer direct cremation with no visitation.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, however we firmly believe that by taking these measures, we can slow the spread of COVID 19 and ultimately save lives.

Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
